Heart Attack & Broken Heart


Many things can cause a person to feel a broken heart, like the girlfriend had just broken up or lost a child. When broken hearts become more quiet and more thoughtful. Therefore, a broken heart can be harmful to health.

Australian researchers say that people who mourn because just lost their beloved ones, is estimated to have a heart attack risk 6-fold greater. Even if the feelings of heartbreak and deep for too long can potentially cause death.

"The physical changes suffered by the person who just feels more deeply significant loss occurs in the heart," said Thomas Buckley, Chairman of the researchers from the Heart Foundation, as quoted from Health24, Thursday (17/9/2009).

Buckley added the 160 people involved in this study, 50 percent experienced a deep sadness and the risk of heart attack 6 times greater. At the moment of profound sadness that will increase blood pressure, faster heart rate, changes in the immune system and the formation of clots that block blood flow that can cause heart attacks.

These risks are usually found most frequently in people aged 30 years. Anguish experienced by the result of pain, believed to be due to excess production of stress hormones at the time. This in previous studies are more common in women, but now there are many men who experience it.

In addition to cause problems in heart, people get hurt too deep can cause the person lost his mind and become stressed. Stress that arises usually because of pressure in that person and loneliness.

So it is important for people experiencing grief to tell the problem to others, so do not feel depressed and lonely. In addition to not affect heart health.
