Feel awful.. Feel incapable of creating heaven inside my head. Feel extremely don't get the point of how world creating pain and hurtful heart...

Don't get much sleep... don't get much attention
Can't take pills or even 100% toxic to catch the brain and stop thinking for awhile
and contemplate me into positive.... of thinker
